Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms offering a nice view of the sea, although they were on the smaller side. The service was impeccable, especially the morning receptionist. The location was ideal, just minutes away from the old town and directly across from St Spyridon church. The dining experience was good but a bit overpriced with limited options. Overall, a great value for money.
I felt like a local with my own private apartment at street level, overlooking the town and harbor. The rooms were not large but very comfortable and airy, providing a cozy stay despite being on the third floor without a lift. The helpful and accommodating service, especially from the morning receptionist, made my experience even more delightful. The perfect location just minutes away from the old town and opposite the historical site where Kapodistrias was murdered added to the charm. Dining was really good, allowing me to enjoy delicious meals in the terrace outside. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Upon arrival, I encountered a temporary power outage in the room, so we had no air conditioning until late evening. However, the small and comfortable room with a balcony offered a splendid view of the old township and Nafplio port, where historical events took place. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive, even providing us with complimentary items in the refrigerator. The location, though requiring a climb up steep steps typical of the old town center, was exceptional, offering easy access to the beach, restaurants, and historical sites. The dining experience, while a bit basic and repetitive, was satisfactory with a good selection. The facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
The hotel offers a mix of convenience and charm with its well-equipped rooms hosting 3 beds, though the low ceiling may feel a bit cramped. The classic decor transports you to another century, and the spacious layout, complete with a double bed and sitting area turned sleeping space, is offset by the lovely view from the charming recessed window and old-world atmosphere.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit cold when I visited in mid-October but they come with a small balcony and offer an excellent view of the town, including the splendid view over the Nafplio port and the church where Kapodistrias was shot. The service was top-notch without even needing to ask; the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything for a pleasant stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just minutes away from the old town and right opposite to the place where Kapodistrias was murdered. The dining experience was really nice with a good range of items, although it was a bit poor at times. Overall, a great stay with fantastic views!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, although small, are well-equipped and very comfortable, offering views of the castle and the small church nearby. The service was fantastic, with the staff waiting for me late due to a flight delay and even offering complimentary items. The location was outstanding, situated in a quiet area with no noise and next to Spiridon church on the hill's pedestrian area. The dining experience was varied, from fine in the regular operations to amazing when tailored an hour earlier to my needs. Overall, a great stay with some minor room size issues.
